1. Shipping & Warehouse Location

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located at: Sanare Lab LTD, 3038 SW 42nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, United States.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Options (United States)

We currently ship within the United States only. Available shipping methods are:

Free Standard Shipping on all US orders.

Expedited Shipping for a flat rate of $8.00.

Shipping cost estimates are provided at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed. Sanare Lab is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package to its destination.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Additional fees may apply for reshipment of packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

7. Returns & Exchanges
